Homeless Services ManagerGalway City | Permanent | €54,804 | 37 hours/weekA leading Galway-based non-profit organisation is seeking an experiencedHomeless Services Managerto oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services for individuals experiencing homelessness.This role combines operational management, team leadership, and service development to create real, lasting change in the community.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a dedicated service team, fostering a positive, trauma-informed culture.Oversee day-to-day operations in line with organisational policies and quality standards.Ensure effective client engagement and support pathways into long-term housing.Collaborate with statutory bodies, community partners, and other stakeholders.Manage budgets, reporting, and compliance with health & safety standards.About You:Minimum 2 years' experience in a management role within homeless or community services.Minimum 3 years' experience working with vulnerable communities.Level 8 qualification in Social Care or a related field.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.Commitment to empowering people and tackling homelessness.What's on Offer:A supportive and values-driven work environment.27 days annual leave (pro rata).Ongoing professional and leadership development.Salary: €5 per annum.Location:Galway CityTo Apply: Email
