Our client is currently recruiting for a Financial Accountant based in their new office in Mohill, flexibility for remote working.
The Role Ideal candidate will be someone who can manage the accounting ledgers for a portfolio of clients and is qualified or partly qualified.
This will involve: Producing monthly and quarterly accounts Producing quarterly consolidation accounts Ensuring VAT and RCT returns are on time and accurate Overseeing the annual audit process to make sure it is delivered on time Overseeing annual budgeting process Liaising with clients and making sure their queries are answered in quick turnaround Working with the Director of Financial Services to implement new processes and procedures to drive efficiencies in the Asset Management Team.
Working with Accounts Payable team to make sure invoices posted correctly Taking ownership for standardization and automation Working with the CFO to develop proprietary Financial Asset Management software, OneView.
Requirements; 0 2 years PQE Ambitious to grow their career and willing to work hard to match that ambition Strong audit background Understands has experience of consolidation Knowledge of IFRS Passionate about finance innovation and the future of finance Proficient in common Excel formulas Index/Match, Choose, Sumif etc.
