Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program or project management.
Experience in the design-build environment for mission critical facilities (e.g., data centers, pharma, industrial).
Experience in the pre-construction industry, including conceptualizing, project planning, design development, and project management of data center design/construction.
Preferred qualifications:
Master\'s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related commercial or technical field.
Professional qualification in cost, risk and contract management.
Experience working towards Chartered/Professional status within a recognized professional institution.
Experience working towards formal leadership and management certification within a recognized professional body.
Ability to communicate in English at business level.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
About the job
As a part of the Front-End Planning and Pre-construction team for self-developed hyperscale data centers, you'll help ensure every project is execution-ready from day one.
You will contribute to thorough technical due diligence, support early intake assessments, and help shape project plans aligned with business needs.
Working cross-functionally, you will play a key role in driving campus planning, permitting, design readiness, and site preparation laying the groundwork for scalable, high-quality project delivery through the construction funding milestone.
Responsibilities
Manage project-specific early stage program management in line with established project guardrails.
Manage architects, engineers, project controls, vendors, and contractors.
Provide technical and planning inputs for configuration decisions on sites and support the energy and location strategy team with technical constructability reviews.
Lead as the principal data center delivery team contact for supply planning and associated issues.
Lead the process for securing funding and obtaining approvals through stage gate process and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
