About the Role
Diageo is seeking a passionate and experienced Brand Ambassador to represent our premium spirits portfolio within the luxury on-trade sector.
This is a unique opportunity to become the face of an iconic brand, inspiring industry professionals and consumers through immersive tastings, engaging training, and unforgettable events.
As a key member of our advocacy team, you'll combine deep cocktail knowledge with natural charisma and a flair for storytelling.
You will champion our brand in top-tier bars, restaurants, and events—bringing the spritz lifestyle to life across your region.
Act as a passionate advocate for Diageo's luxury spritz brand across the on-trade sectorBuild and nurture relationships with bartenders, bar owners, and key decision-makersDeliver high-impact trainings, tastings, and brand education sessionsSupport national and regional brand events, activations, and festivalsProvide expert-level cocktail knowledge and serve as a resource for the on-trade communityCollaborate with the commercial and marketing teams to support brand objectivesProvide feedback from the trade to influence brand strategy and executionSkills & Experience Required Minimum 2 years' experience working in the on-trade (e.g., bars, restaurants, hotels)High-level cocktail knowledge and mixology experienceConfident public speaker with experience leading trainings, tastings, or eventsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsFull Irish driving license (essential)Willingness to travel at least 3 days per weekFlexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends as neededCompetitive salary & benefits packageOpportunities to work on the world-class programTraining and development within a global industry leaderAccess to exclusive events and industry networking
