Avoca are currently recruiting for Christmas / Packaging Assistant on a fixed term full time basis.This role is based in our Avoca Central Bakery & Kitchen, Bray, Co Wicklow.Responsibilities :To package food for the section or product to which you are assigned, meeting the standards agreedTo plan your time effectively in order to carry out your responsibilities in the most efficient mannerTo maintain a positive working relationship with all members of the CBK TeamTo maintain a high level of personal and operative hygiene at all times, embracing a 'Clean As You Go' policyTo ensure that all food service areas are maintained to an acceptable level of cleanliness andhygiene, adhering to the cleaning schedules on a daily basisAdhere to all Food Hygiene and HACCP RegulationsTo constantly display a high level of attention to detailRequirements :Have a friendly & outgoing personalityBe enthusiastic & flexibleHave good communication skillsHave strong attention to detailBe legally eligible to work in IrelandHave the ability to handle busy situations and manage your workload effectivelySkills:Food SafetyManual HandlingLabellingThis is a fixed term Full time role up to Christmas with opportunity to join full time permanent role after Christmas.Shift hours:9am - 6pm, Monday to Friday.
