About Us:The Pantry Café at Bray is a vibrant and welcoming eatery at the prime location in Bray (bray Central).We are known for its high-quality homemade food, exceptional service, and warm atmosphere.We are looking for a friendly and energetic Front Desk / Barista Staff member who can work full time and take responsibilities and wish to be a supervisor to join our team and provide excellent customer service while preparing top-quality coffee and beverages.Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers with a warm and friendly attitude.Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.Handle cash and card transactions securely and efficiently.Maintain cleanliness and organisation at the front desk and coffee station.Assist in restocking supplies and ensuring the café is well-prepared for service.Provide product recommendations and engage with customers to enhance their experience.Work collaboratively with the café team to ensure smooth operations.Requirements:Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a café or restaurant setting.Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive demeanor.Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and barista skills is an advantage.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays as required.Job Type: Full-timePay: €*****-€***** per hourBenefits:Employee discountFlexitimeApplication question(s):Are you available to work 8-hour shifts, five days a week, between 8 AM and 6 PM, any day from Monday to Sunday?Experience:Barista: 2 years (required)Work Location: In person
