Managing Director at Capital8 Search & Selection
I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Account Opening Specialist to join a wealth management firm in Dublin.
This is a key first-line operational role supporting relationship managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as first line of defence for AML/KYC and source of wealth checks
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process in collaboration with relationship managers and Compliance
Prepare and oversee execution of account documentation
Perform enhanced due diligence and compile KYC analysis
Serve as the key point of contact between compliance and relationship managers
Ensure quality and timeliness in account openings with minimal rejection rates
Support continuous improvement by incorporating feedback from compliance and relationship manager
Requirements:
Strong experience in client onboarding within private banking, wealth management, or financial services
Deep knowledge of AML/KYC, Enhanced Due Diligence, and Source of Wealth requirements
Commercial awareness and client-centric mindset
