OverviewContracts Manager– Dublin CityOur client is a well-established main contractor with extensive operations across Ireland, delivering complex building and civil engineering projects across sectors including commercial, residential, education, healthcare, retail, and infrastructure.The RoleThey are seeking a Contracts Manager to join their senior management team.The successful candidate will take responsibility for overseeing multiple projects, ensuring contracts are effectively managed from pre-construction through to handover, while maintaining strong commercial and client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the full contract lifecycle, including tendering, negotiations, variations, claims, and final accounts.Oversee commercial performance and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Support project delivery teams by providing contractual and commercial guidance.Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve issues and maintain positive relationships.Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements.Provide regular progress and commercial reports to senior management.RequirementsMinimum 5 years' experience in a Contracts Manager role within construction or civil engineering.Strong knowledge of contract law, commercial management, and construction processes.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams concurrently.Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.Relevant degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.What's on OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.The opportunity to lead high-profile projects in Dublin and Wicklow.Long-term career development with a respected and growing main contractor.How to ApplyTo apply or find out more, please contact Rose at .#J-18808-Ljbffr
