Barista for a New Takeaway Coffee Shop in MidletonWe are Good Folk, a new takeaway cafe serving speciality coffee opening soon in Midleton.We're on the lookout for a friendly, experienced barista to join the team.About the Role:As one of the first faces our customers see, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere while serving top-notch coffee.We're all about quality and creating a connection with the community.This is a barista-focused role, but as we're a small team, you'll also pitch in with some general all-rounder duties.What We're Looking For:At least 1 year of barista experience (ideally in a specialty coffee environment)A friendly, chatty personality – you genuinely enjoy talking to peopleAbility to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced, takeaway-only setupA proactive attitude and willingness to get stuck in with other tasksStrong knowledge of (and passion for) coffeeReliability, punctuality, and a good team spiritWhat You'll Be Doing:Making consistently excellent espresso-based drinksCreating a friendly customer experience, even during busy rushesAssisting with other general café duties – assisting with food prep, general cleaning etc.Helping manage workflow and keep service moving smoothlyBeing part of shaping the vibe of a fresh, growing coffee spacePerks:Be part of building something new from the ground upWork with high-quality beans and equipmentFree staff mealsTo Apply:Send us a quick email ) with your CV and a short note about your coffee background and why you'd be a great fit.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: From €***** per hourExpected hours: ******* per weekWork Location: In person
