Aero Capital Solutions (ACS) is an alternative asset investment firm that specializes in mid-life commercial aircraft and engine leasing opportunities.ACS has deployed more than $5 billion in aviation investments to date and maintains a global team of professionals with offices in Austin (USA), Dublin (Ireland) and Singapore.For more information, please visit aerocapitalsolutions.com.OverviewPosition SummaryAre you an exceptionally skilled aviation management professional with technical acumen and experience who is seeking a new and challenging opportunity?You will play an integral role in the continued growth of a leading mid-life aircraft leasing company as part of a team with broad expertise in aircraft leasing, aircraft/engine trading, airline fleet management and engine shop visit management.You will manage a growing portfolio of aircraft on lease worldwide, participate in negotiating lease amendments, and lead aircraft delivery and redelivery projects.You will also perform technical analyses and modelling of maintenance projections for currently owned and prospective assets to support strategic decisions by senior management.You will report to the SVP – Technical Management.ResponsibilitiesAs a member of the deal team, assist in negotiating LOIs and lease amendments with a focus on delivery/return conditions, identifying commercially beneficial opportunities and mitigating risk.Active day-to-day lease portfolio management including MR rates and claim management, and engagement with customers on lease extensions and amendments.Management of pre-purchase asset/lease reviews, inspections and records due diligence for prospective assets.Management of consultants and completion of mid-term aircraft audits and inspections.Coordinate and execute aircraft deliveries and redeliveries within the approved budget.Support the deal team to achieve successful outcomes for the business.Advise on the suitability and dependability of maintenance facilities, subcontractors, and consultants.Utilize the Leaseworks IT system to proactively oversee the portfolio and enhance asset-level decision making.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Aviation, Engineering or Operations Management3-5 years' experience in the aircraft leasing industry, or 5 years in aviation with relevant experience in commercial aircraft leasingExperience in engine maintenance and shop visit managementExperience with aircraft check planning and line/base maintenanceGood verbal and written English and ability to understand legal and contractual wordingAdept at Excel and the Microsoft Office SuiteAero Capital Solutions, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.We evaluate qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status, and other legally protected characteristics.Employment InformationCompetitive compensation plan based upon experienceTop-tier benefit package including insurance, retirement contributions, and paid time offTravel required throughout the territory and to ACS offices#J-*****-Ljbffr
