Payroll Administrator

Our Shannon based manufacturing Client has a requirement for an experienced Payroll Specialist on a part - time, contract basis 6-9 months. Role and Responsibilities: Solid Payroll experience, exposure to various payroll Software Packages such as Softworks time and Attendance and Relate Payday, would be especially advantageous. Processing the company wide Bi-weekly payroll. Processing of weekly & monthly timesheets and clock cards and necessary adjustments e.g. overtime, shift patterns, salary adjustments, bonus, and commission Processing payroll deductions such as pension payments and health insurance Benefit-in-kind calculations & processing Annual leave calculation and reporting Reconciliation or payroll control accounts Submission of payroll return to Revenue. Preparation of payroll files for bank processing Ensure company compliance in relation to all aspects of payroll e.g. PAYE, PRSI, USC, LPT and BIK Deal with payroll queries on PAYE, PRSI, USC, BIK, pension and holiday entitlements and other tax issues from clients and employees Preparation of reports for senior management as required Payroll administration for all temporary employees joining and leaving the company Creation and issuing of employment contracts for temporary contractors Requirements: IPASS or equivalent payroll or accounting qualification At least 3 - 5 years experience servicing payroll needs in a fast-paced environment Focussed on delivering an exceptional customer service both internally and externally Advanced MS Excel skills High level of attention to detail and accuracy Professional approach, punctual and reliable Skills: Payroll Processing Payroll Administration Payroll
