About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Marketing Executive
to lead and support brand and product presence across both physical and digital touchpoints.
This role will focus on
offline fixtures, merchandise execution, retail shop visits, in-store visibility
, with an added focus on
in-store training, and online brand and product presence
ensuring a consistent and compelling brand experience across all channels.
The business categories mainly focus on TVs and soundbars.
Business trips in the Ireland country is required but mainly in or around Dublin area.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Offline Shop visits and execution:
Plan, coordinate, design and install in-store branding fixtures and POSM (Point of sales materials).
Ensure timely delivery and quality installation of visual merchandising across retail partners and stores.
Regularly visit shops to audit branding consistency, fixture upkeep, and shopper experience.
Support on refining messages delivery on fixtures and POSM
Oversee production and distribution of branded merchandise (e.g., uniforms, gift items, etc).

Online Brand Visibility:
Collaborate with the digital team to ensure accurate and optimized product presence on e-commerce platforms.
Monitor online placements, brand compliance, banners, and promotional visibility.

In-Store Training:
Develop and deliver training to retail staff on brand stories, product features and merchandising best practices.
Create training materials for stores such as manuals, guides, and visual aids.
Monitor training effectiveness through feedback and store performance metrics.
Join training events for main retailers in Ireland

Brand and Product Marketing Support:
Assist in planning and execution of brand campaigns across offline and online media.
Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of brand and product assets.
Participate in cross-functional brand planning sessions and seasonal launch activities.

Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare and maintain logs for shop visits, fixture status, and merchandising inventory.
Capture and share regular photo documentation and reports for internal review.
Suggest improvements based on on-ground insights and competitor activity.
Requirements:
Relevant degree in Marketing, Business, advertising, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in retail marketing, brand execution, or trade marketing.
Strong project management and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel regularly for shop visits and installations.
Basic understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce visibility practices.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Good Knowledge or experience in the audio or video industry
Hold driving license eligible in Ireland
Bonus Points:
Prior experience field force management, retail, home appliance or consumer electronics sectors.
Firsthand experience with visual merchandising and vendor coordination.
Familiarity with tools like Excel, Google Workspace, and Microsoft PowerPoint.????
