Are you a driven Mechanical Engineer looking to take the next step in your career?
We're working with a leading consultancy in Waterford that has recently secured a variety of exciting new projects across the Commercial, Residential, and Healthcare sectors throughout the South of Ireland.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Intermediate Mechanical Engineer who thrives in a project-led environment and is ready to take ownership of designs, delivery, and client interaction.
Our client is known for their high-quality engineering solutions and supportive team culture, and they're now looking to grow their Waterford office with a talented and ambitious professional.
Responsibilities
Leading mechanical design elements of building services projects from concept through to completion
Working closely with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality project outcomes
Providing input on technical reports, specifications, and drawings
Mentoring junior team members and supporting collaborative project delivery
Qualifications
A degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
3+ years' experience with a recognised UK or Irish consultancy
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems in commercial, residential, or healthcare developments
Passion for leading projects and delivering results
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
