Our busiest and most successful Client, based in Dublin South, has an ongoing project that involves AI and, for it, we are looking for totally fluent English speakers, holding a 3rdlevel Degree (no exceptions), and who have lived in the Republic of Ireland or in the UK or in Australia. For February and March 2025, we are looking for candidates with a real passion and up to date with all social dynamics, social media & popular culture If this is still describing you, well then, this is also the opportunity that you were looking for and probably an exciting development in your career. Summing up, we are looking for AI Safety Annotators, for the Irish, British and Australian Markets, to join one of our Clients/Partners in a long-term project that will make a genuine impact in peoples life, and we would like for you to be part of it. As a AI Safety Annotator, your role will be to create, assess, and to improve a large language model, while reviewing a set of guidelines, create sample prompts and response in your area of expertise. Please note that you will have to deal with SENSITIVE CONTENT, no exceptions, therefore a certain level of maturity and emotional balance is required. Amongst your tasks & responsibilities, you will: Annotate data accurately and consistently in accordance with predefined guidelines; Evaluate the quality of existing data resources, as well as the output of internal tools; Develop, implement, and maintain guidelines and procedures for consistent, high quality classification and content creation and organization; Perform basic research as needed to annotate accurately; The ideal candidate, apart from the crucial requirements like having a C2 level of English (both in writing & speaking), will have: Previous experience in a fast-paced, high pressure role in a constantly changing business environment; Passion about Social media, and you will be enthusiastic, professional, assertive, and motivated to take charge of any development and improvement; Strong aptitude for working with data and excellent verbal and written communication skills; This is a full-time permanent position, with a request to work FULLY from the South of Dublin Offices, NO hybrid NO remote roles Please also note that there is a LIMITED number of DAY shift roles, but a great availability of EVENING shift positionsFinally, the role implies dealing with Sensitive content. Salary is in line with the current Market and on top of the basic, there is a nice performance bonus to be earned, plus a large amount of benefits and perks.
