General Foreperson | Residential DeveloperDublin | €70-€85k (DOE)Irelands leading Residential Developer is seeking General Foreperson for multiple Residential sites in Dublin North, South and West.General Foreperson Key Responsibilities: * Ownership of the management of Health and Safety on the project * Understand target delivery programme, weekly reporting of same and active intervention to prevent delays * Attend and assist at daily whiteboard meetings * Continuous inspection of works on site, raising and resolving issues in a timely manner to ensure quality of works. Subcontractor and Supplier Management * Completion of daily allocation sheets for site labour and materials * Management of civil engineering and groundworks contractor * Take control of works from house foundations, through to 1st & 2nd fix including external finishes, paving, boundary walls and landscaping * Management and coordination of subcontractors and service providers, to ensure timely handover to Finishing Foreman in line with programme requirementsGeneral Foreperson Key Requirements: * Trade background preferable * Minimum 2 years in a General foreperson role, preferably on residential projects * An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets * To have good spoken and written communication skills * To be good at working with people at all levels and willing to work in a team * To be able to co-ordinate a number of different projects at the same timeWhat is on offer? * Competitive salary based on experience * Performance related bonus * Pension scheme with matching contributions * Full health insurance with Irish Life health * Company vehicle/Car allowance depending on the role * And moreFor more information about the General Foreperson role, contact Matt at (email address removed)
