Roles & Responsibilities:Accommodation is available in a fully furnished apartment for this position.report to the General Manager and Accommodation Manager and liaise with heads of departments to ensure the smooth running of the hotel and leisure centreensure that at all times there are open and clear lines of communication between all departments of the companyplan and organise the day to day operation of all departments in advance and ensure that adjustments are made on the rostermeet and greet guests and ensure that all events / conferences run smoothlyensure that all guest related issues are resolved quickly and efficientlyoversee /manage all stock management processes(with the company external stocktaker) including timely stock counts, line checks, wastageensure that the company stock and cash control procedures are adhered to at all timesbe fully au fais with HACCP, Health, Safety Welfare, GDPR and keep up to date with legislation in this areabe fully au fais with the company Health, Safety Welfare statementfollow all company security procedures, including loss prevention measures and procedures for the security of staff and the company at all timesliaise with human resources to ensure that all employment legislation and the present work best practices are adhered toidentify training needs, carry out training and monitor the training programmes that are in placeliaise with the GM with any employee complaints and/or grievances promptly, in line with company guidelinesmanage and maintain correct staffing levels in the food and beverage departments in line with targets and in relation to sales-forecastingany other reasonable requests made by the General Manager from time to timeApplicants applying for this position must have:at least 1 year supervisory / management experience and have gained an in-depth knowledge of food and beverage, sales and marketing, front desk operationbe standards driven with the ability to organise and plan aheadbe highly guest focused with a friendly, welcoming personalityWork remotelyNoJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From €31,****** per yearBenefits:Employee discountFood allowanceGym membershipOn-site parkingWork Location: In person
