Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer &GENIUS Lead to drive the site's energy and sustainability initiatives throughthe GENIUS program while providing expert electrical engineering support.
Thisrole combines leadership in energy management with hands-on involvement inelectrical project upgrades, energy optimizations, and preventive maintenancebuilds.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
GENIUS Lead /Energy & Sustainability
Lead and continuously improve the GENIUS energymanagement program.
Promote energy awareness and sustainability culturesite-wide.
Monitor, analyze, and report energy consumption andsustainability metrics.
Develop and execute energy efficiency projects alignedwith corporate goals.
Collaborate across teams to embed energy andsustainability practices.
Facilitate training and communication on energyconservation.
Ensure compliance with energy regulations and corporatepolicies.
Prepare reports and presentations for leadership.
ElectricalEngineer / Site Electrical SME
Support electrical project upgrades, modifications, andPM builds.
Lead electrical design reviews, troubleshooting, andsafety compliance.
Optimize electrical systems for energy efficiency andreliability.
Maintain electrical documentation and assist with vendorcoordination.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, EnergyManagement, or related field.
>2 years experience in electrical engineering andenergy management in industrial settings.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in energy dataanalysis and electrical design.
Knowledge of energy management systems, sustainabilityframeworks, and regulations.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Passionate about sustainability and energy efficiency.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative problemsolver.
Ability to engage and influence stakeholders acrossdepartments.
