Our valued client is a globally integrated partnership that specializes in providing services related to audit, accountancy, advisory, tax, and consulting.
With a presence in over 90 countries and territories worldwide, the firm leverages the extensive knowledge and experience of a team of 44,000 professionals - 28,000 of whom are part of the client's integrated partnership and the remaining 16,000+ from the North America Alliance - to offer unparalleled assistance to clients of various sizes at every stage of their development journey.
Our client is expanding its team of IT and security auditors who specialize in delivering IT audit and specialized IT compliance and inspection services to prominent financial services providers, including banks, insurance companies, and other regulated entities.
As such, we are looking to recruit several experienced IT Audit Seniors to join this growing team.
Key Responsibilities will include –
Acting as a member of the IT audit team working on a range of audits, inspections, control, risk and compliance reviews for regulators and financial service providers
Management of audit or inspection fieldwork
Liaising with audit staff and client management to ensure that all aspects of the audit process are satisfactorily completed
Completing audit work programmes and test plans
Contribution to drafting audit reports including audit findings and recommendation
Managing deliverables and expectations as well as reviewing the quality of the fieldwork and deliverables prepared by more junior team members to ensure that deliverables meet the client's quality standards
About you –
IT, systems, business or similar graduate degree
Minimum of 3 years of IT auditing experience in a professional services firm, financial services firm or regulator
Previous IT audit or risk management experience in the financial services sector including banking or insurance would be an advantage
Proven experience in auditing cyber security, PSD2, AML, to EBA guidelines or similar
Knowledge of financial services regulatory standards eg EBA and CBI
A registered IT audit qualification – CISA, CISM or equivalent
Excellent knowledge of technology (applications, infrastructure, best practice, controls)
Ability to operate in a challenging and dynamic environment
Self-motivated with a strong technical background
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong project management skills
Excellent organizational and planning capabilities
Strong oral, presentation and written communication skills
