About The Role & Team
As a
Test Analyst
working in the Communications and Data Exchange portfolio, you will be accountable for the analysis of requirements, producing test plans and reports, reviewing and enhancing software development test processes to ensure product quality, contributing to the test automation strategy and the design of scalable and maintainable test solutions within a highly collaborative DevOps team.
What You'll Do
Review requirements and create test scenarios.
Execute test scenarios.
Record and analyse actions and results while maintaining a defect register.
Collate test results and modify tests if necessary.
Report on progress to Senior Test Analysts.
Responsible for creating, maintaining and executing automated tests.
Contribute to release testing activities such as test exits and compliance.
Participate in agile scrum ceremonies.
Qualifications
About Your Skills
Test Analyst with at least 3 years' experience in a Software Development or Testing environment, primarily in Automation.
Automation Test Experience is a must.
Defect Detection, Documentation, Prioritization, Assignment, Resolution, Closure & Reporting.
ISEB Foundation qualification or recognized country-specific qualification desirable.
ISTQB certification is desired.
Effective Participation as part of an Agile Scrum Team.
University degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar.
Excellent Communication skills.
Nice-to-Have
Strong test automation skills.
Familiarity with test management tools (preferably Octane).
Experience in areas such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Selenium, Playwright, Java, Python, SQL testing and automation, network and performance testing.
