Executive Assistant – Sligo, Public Sector
We're hiring an Executive Assistant to support a high-impact Regional Business Development team based in Sligo, with occasional travel across the North-West (Donegal, Leitrim, etc.).
This role plays a key part in delivering investment and innovation initiatives across the region.
You'll provide top-tier administrative and coordination support, help manage stakeholder engagement, and contribute to projects that drive regional growth, digital transformation, and sustainable development.
Salary; €27,300 pa
Full Time position Monday – Friday
Hybrid working model
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating meetings, events, and regional business activities
Preparing reports, presentations, and marketing materials
Managing office communications, CRM updates, and diaries
Supporting strategic initiatives and cross-team collaboration
Promoting the region's competitiveness through innovation and investment
What we're looking for:
Proficiency in MS Office and ideally Canva or Adobe tools
Strong communication and organisational skills
Experience in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
A proactive mindset and willingness to travel occasionally
Third-level qualification (or working toward one) preferred
