OverviewAccess Talent Group is partnering with a leading international architectural practice as they grow their Dublin team.This role will suit an ambitious Architect with strong leadership skills who enjoys taking projects from concept through to delivery while mentoring others and managing client relationships.You'll be part of a creative, motivated environment where collaboration, innovation, and design excellence drive every project.The RoleYou'll lead aviation and infrastructure projects through all design stages — managing deliverables, coordinating consultants, and maintaining strong client relationships throughout.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage large-scale aviation or transport design projectsDevelop creative design solutions within functional and technical parametersOversee coordination across multidisciplinary teams and consultantsManage client relationships and represent the practice at key meetingsProvide leadership and mentorship to junior architects and technologistsEnsure smooth delivery of all documentation and construction administrationAbout YouRIAI or RIBA Registered Architect10+ years' experience within architecture, ideally including aviation, transport, or complex infrastructure projectsStrong project leadership and organisational skillsExcellent Revit capabilityConfident communicator with a design-led mindset and attention to detailWhat's on OfferSalary - €80,000+ depending on experienceClear career development path within an expanding international firmHybrid working structure and strong work-life balanceOpportunity to work on landmark aviation projects in Ireland and beyondTo discuss this opportunity in confidence, contact Gary Carroll at Access Talent Group: ******#J-*****-Ljbffr
