Clear Engineering are currently looking for LV AP to join an established MEP Contractor in Dublin to work on a large data centre project. This is a 6 month rolling contract.Key responsibilities -Oversee permit-to-work processes and ensure adherence to safe systems of work.Carry out daily inspections, testing, and maintenance of LV electrical systems, including switchgear, distribution boards, and control panels.Respond to electrical faults and breakdowns, troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, including risk assessments and method statements.Maintain accurate documentation and reports on electrical systems, maintenance activities, and incidents.Participate in incident investigations, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.Provide technical guidance and training to colleagues on LV systems and safe working procedures.Requirements -Must hold LV Authorised Person certificateCurrent Wiring Regulations Certificate (e.g 18th edition)Ideally hold an Electrical degree or equivalentThe ideal person will have experience working in a mission critical environment previously.Must have the right to work in Ireland/ EUIf you are an LV AP seeking a new long-term opportunity, please get in touch todayINDEU
