Company DescriptionMayo Movie World, Castlebar, a 7 screen cinema, opened in December ****.This cinema is part of Mayo Leisure Point Entertainment ComplexRole DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Cinema Manager located in Castlebar.The Cinema Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, including managing staff, scheduling, and ensuring smooth cinema operations.Additional responsibilities include handling customer service issues, overseeing sales operations, coordinating marketing initiatives, and maintaining the facility's safety and cleanliness.The role will also involve business planning and the implementation of strategies to drive cinema attendance and revenue growth.QualificationsStrong Analytical Skills and experience in Business PlanningExcellent Communication and Customer Service skillsProficiency in Sales OperationsLeadership and team management experienceAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsPrevious experience in a similar role is an advantageA degree or qualification in Business Management, Hospitality, or related fields is beneficialAt least 3 years' experience in a management roleAge 18 years or older.This is a full-time in person role.Proficient IT skills are also importantThe PersonA strong leader looking for a challenge.Able to manage and motivate a team to provide a professional, high quality and successful cinema experience to all.
