Overview
We're partnering with a leading SaaS platform company who are looking for a
Senior Site Reliability Engineer
to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of their AWS-hosted infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor AWS services (EC2, EKS, Lambda, RDS, etc.)
Implement IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation) and CI/CD automation (GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
Lead incident response and troubleshoot production issues
Enforce cloud security (IAM, WAF, encryption) and support compliance (SOC2, ISO 27001)
Collaborate across DevOps, Support, and Engineering teams
Optimise performance, cost, and scalability of cloud infrastructure
What You'll Bring
5+ years in AWS cloud operations
Proficient in Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, scripting (Bash/Python)
Experience with Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools (Datadog, CloudWatch)
Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
Bonus: AWS certifications, travel tech/SaaS background, ITIL knowledge
