Responsibilities: Develop and implement the digital strategy.
Create high-quality content for social platforms, website, and intranet.
Manage the social content calendar for LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Execute campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, and Facebook.
Produce editorial content and collaborate with graphic designers.
Coordinate with external agencies and oversee video content creation.
Conduct social media audits, track engagement, and prepare analytics reports.
Manage the website, perform SEO, and optimize user experience.
Identify creative brand promotion opportunities and develop internal communications.
Support market research, report writing, and event organization.
Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, business, journalism, or a related discipline.

Strong digital skills across various platforms, including content creation, digital analytics, and providing insights and recommendations.

Proficiency with Adobe Design Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, social content management systems Hootsuite), AI marketing tools, WordPress, and SEO management.
Experience in professional photography/videography and knowledge of the engineering/construction industry are a plus.
Possession of a full, driving license.
