Company DescriptionDPS is a management company that currently manages over 75 different Block, Residential, Commercial, and Mixed Developments.With a diverse portfolio of new build, renovation, private rental sector, and multi-use developments, DPS offers a unique service experience.Their wide ranging portfolio allows them to bring extensive expertise to property management.DPS prides itself on providing tailored solutions for each of their managed properties, ensuring high quality and efficient management services.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Property Manager based in Dundalk but allows some work from home flexibility.The Property Manager will oversee and manage day-to-day operations of various properties, including tenant relations, maintenance, and rent collection.Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with property regulations, managing budgets and financial records, coordinating property inspections, and handling tenant inquiries and complaints.The role also involves negotiating contracts with service providers and maintaining property records.QualificationsExperience in Property Management and Owner RelationsStrong understanding of property regulations, budget management, and financial record keepingExcellent organisational and time management skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to negotiate contracts and coordinate maintenance and inspection tasksProficiency with property management software and toolsFamiliarity with the Dundalk property market is a plusBachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related fieldHold a D Licence or able to qualify for same.
