OverviewOur client is a market-leading professional services firm experiencing continued growth across its Advisory division.The firm has strategically expanded its sustainability consulting practice, positioning itself as a trusted advisor in ESG, climate risk, and carbon strategy across financial and non-financial sectors.Why apply?The role offers a blend of technical depth, client leadership, and commercial impact, all within a supportive environment that values career progression and thought leadership.As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will shape and deliver carbon and climate risk solutions to a wide range of clients.Who should apply?This role would suit an experienced sustainability professional or climate/carbon specialist seeking a leadership role with real influence and long-term growth.Ideal candidates will bring:Direct experience advising clients on climate risk, carbon reduction planning and regulatory alignmentProven background in GHG accounting (Scopes 1–3), climate disclosures (e.g. TCFD, ISSB), and carbon market mechanismsStrong track record in developing practical, strategic sustainability solutions across sectorsDemonstrated leadership and commercial acumen with experience building high-performing teamsRole and Reporting LinesReporting to the Head of Sustainability, you will play a key leadership role in the firm's Advisory division.You will lead delivery across complex projects, shape strategic initiatives, and mentor a growing team.Key responsibilities include:Client Delivery – Lead the end-to-end delivery of client projects focused on climate risk, net zero planning, and regulatory complianceStakeholder Engagement – Collaborate with senior clients and stakeholders to translate technical analysis into actionable strategiesCarbon Strategy – Guide clients through GHG accounting, climate disclosure frameworks, and carbon market initiativesBusiness Development – Contribute to proposal writing, tendering and identifying new business opportunitiesInternal Collaboration – Work cross-functionally with other service lines to develop integrated client offeringsTeam Leadership – Coach and mentor junior staff, supporting capability development and performance reviewsStrategic Advisory – Support clients in embedding sustainability into investment decisions and long-term planningPractice Growth – Help shape the growth of the sustainability practice and its market presenceInterested in this position?To apply, please submit your CV to Lisa Tully who is managing this assignment via the link below or to inquire further please contact Lisa on#J-*****-Ljbffr
