About Your New Job As aBoiler Technician, you will play a key role in field operations, supporting customers through commissioning, maintenance, fault diagnostics, and breakdown repair of biomass boiler systems.
This is a field-based position that involves regular travel to customer sites, with full support from the technical and customer service teams.
In your new role, you will: Commission, maintain, and troubleshoot biomass boiler systems on-site.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing technical support and clear communication during visits.
Deliver detailed service reports and photo documentation of all works completed.
Liaise with the Customer Service Manager to ensure efficient job scheduling.
Train end users on the technical operation of systems when required.
What Skills You Need A strong mechanical, electrical, or boiler maintenance background ideally with experience in single and three-phase power systems.
Basic plumbing knowledge and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
A full, clean drivers licence and willingness to travel regionally.
Strong communication and IT/reporting skills.
A positive, self-starting attitude with a willingness to grow and develop within the team.
