As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for executing the digital marketing plan to promote the company, increase customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
You will report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with the new business development team.

Job Responsibilities: Implement all digital marketing and social media activities to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.
Plan, design, execute, and manage marketing campaigns, developing content tailored to customer personas to influence different stages of the buyer's journey.
Support APAC and UK teams with their marketing needs as required.
Identify target audiences and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
Develop websites and landing pages; knowledge of CSS and HTML is beneficial.
Communicate company updates and news via social media channels.
Manage and optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn advertising campaigns.
Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
Manage relationships with third-party agencies.
Create advertisements for online and print media; experience with Photoshop, InDesign, or Illustrator is required.
Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to develop and refine digital communication strategies.
Coordinate with partners for quarterly campaigns.
Assist the Head of Marketing with strategic marketing projects.
Required Skills: Experience in planning, managing, and executing digital marketing campaigns via HubSpot.
Ability to analyze digital campaign results and report ROI.
Experience with online advertising, including Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns.
Management of social media accounts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
Experience with content management systems, especially HubSpot, and website management.
Strong business acumen and relevant marketing or business qualifications.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
Strong planning and organizational skills, with a willingness to develop through training and feedback.
Project management and campaign execution skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
