OverviewGraduate Building Services Engineer | DublinVickerstock are working in partnership with a leading Irish Contractor to appoint a Graduate Building Services EngineerResponsibilitiesYou will work on multiple Dublin Residential sites, supporting the construction of a large housing and apartment development scheme to completion.Work with a strong Building Services team on a section of the developments until it is ready to handover, then move on to another section of the development.Management of works quality as regards all things M&E.Coordinate M&E systems, liaise with design teams and M&E subcontractors.Work closely with utility providers to ensure MEP services are delivered on time.Maintain records and documentation.QualificationsLevel 8 qualification in a Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering field.Residential experience is a strong benefit (such as a placement year).Additional certifications in Construction, such as Health & Safety, are beneficial.Desire & strong motivation to start your career in Construction.Right to work in Ireland.Full Driver's Licence.What's in it for you?10% bonus.Pension scheme.Health insurance.Paid family leave.EAP system.Professional Development Funding.ContactTo discuss this vacancy speak to Bea Holland at Vickerstock.#J-*****-Ljbffr
