Director of Operations – Shannon, Ireland - Retail Fitout/ShopfittingOur client are a leading provider for all fitout services to the commercial & retail sectors. They are looking for an experienced and established Director of Operations/Head of Construction to join their team delivering projects. Reporting into the Managing Director in this role.Important details for a Director of Operations applying for this role: * Retail/Commercial Fitout background * Spanish speaking is desired but not essential. * 10 + years relevant post qualification or equivalent experience. * Capacity to work to your own initiative and have authority over various projects at once.Responsibilities: * Responsible for overseeing multiple projects, at a strategic level. * Lead our construction team in delivering high-quality projects efficiently, safely, and professionally. * Responsible for overseeing the entire construction process, ensuring that all projects are completed within set budgets and agreed timescales. * Ensure that safety standards and procedures are consistently followed on all job sites, promoting a culture of safety and compliance. * Monitor progress on construction sites, resolving issues as they arise and making adjustments to ensure smooth and efficient operations. * Develop and maintain relationships with clients and subcontractors throughtout the Project.To find out more about this position as Director of Operations in Shannon, Ireland, call Mia Burn of CPR RecruitmentCPR Recruitment are currently on over 500 sites across London & the South East.
