As an Catering Manager, you will lead the team to deliver world class food & service for our clients and customers. You will be the motivation and guidance for your team for daily activities and support the manager in daily duties also. You will work with the onsite team and other leaders across our business. This is a permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities: Support the catering manager in organising and leading the preparation and presentation of all food and hospitality services to the highest of standards and in line with the contract specification Support in recruitment, leading, motivating and managing the team to deliver superior food and service Develop solid and trusted client relationships Drive sales through effective marketing, promotions Assist and support the service within the budget and financial targets when required Manage all aspects of health & safety and food safety Manage food wastage and commitments to Net Zero commitments About You: Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service Have a minimum of two years of catering experience Have experience managing teams in a similar role Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate Demonstrate brilliant financial acumen Have excellent communication and organisational skills Be an ambitious and motivated individual who is always looking to upskill Compass Group reserves the right to enhance the criteria, if necessary, for the purposes of shortlisting.
