SummaryMathWorks has a hybrid work model that enables staff members to split their time between office and home.The hybrid model provides the advantage of having both in-person time with colleagues and flexible at-home life optimizations.Learn More~MathWorks is where bold ideas become real-world breakthroughs.From developing technology that transforms healthcare and protects our planet to designing the self-driving cars of tomorrow, MathWorks tools empower innovators to turn imagination into impact.Whether you're passionate about sustainability, excited by AI, or eager to make a difference in people's lives, chances are MATLAB and Simulink are powering the innovations you care about behind the scenes.MathWorks opened its EMEA Shared Sales and Services Center in Galway in ****.The Galway office is home to a vibrant, multicultural team and a strong culture rooted in our core values.Our EMEA Customer Success team is dedicated to helping our commercial customers experience the full value of MATLAB and Simulink.We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative person to join our team to further help our customers use our products efficiently.As a Customer Success Specialist, you will work directly with a portfolio of the World's leading commercial and governmental customers and be part of an account team that proactively drives adoption of our software.This ensures our customers experience a partnership that includes excellent service with a direct link to successful, yearly license renewalsMathWorks nurtures growth, appreciates diversity, encourages initiative, values teamwork, shares success, and rewards excellence.ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of assigned onboarding tasks within the customer Onboarding Opportunity, including conducting customer Welcome Calls to support activation and performing Usage Checks to ensure customers maximize the value of their software.Engage with both Admins and Licensed End Users to ensure onboarding in the most productive way.Discover and analyse gaps in the customer experience that may lead to customer attrition.Work cross-functionally with internal teams to address such gaps.Work closely with the account team to integrate awareness activities driven by the MathWorks Technical Team.Minimum QualificationsA bachelor's degree is required.Additional QualificationsGerman and English language - C2 proficiency level requiredCustomer-focused with excellent communication (written and verbal)Detail-oriented with a self-starting ability and strong organisational skillsEffective problem solving, collaboration, and influencing skillsAbility to work well both independently and within a team environment.
