Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project managers and design teams to develop comprehensive plans and specifications for large-scale civil engineering projects.
Conduct thorough site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project requirements.
Utilise advanced engineering software and tools to analyse and optimize concrete structures for maximum efficiency and durability.
Oversee the execution of concrete works, providing technical guidance and support to on-site teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Implement quality control measures and perform regular inspections to monitor construction progress and identify potential issues or deviations from design specifications.
Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor on all matters related to concrete works and civil engineering.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in the design, planning, and execution of large-scale civil engineering projects, with a focus on concrete works.
Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, and ETABS.
Strong understanding of structural analysis and design principles, particularly as they relate to concrete structures.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and environmental stewardship in all aspects of project management and execution.
