Job Title: Senior Car Sales RepresentativeLocation: LimerickJob Type: Full-timeSalary: Negotiable based on experience and qualification plus commission.Job Summary:We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at our new Showroom in Galway.The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing all sales operations at the Galway showroom.This includes managing the sales team, driving revenue growth, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of presentation across the showroom.The ideal candidate will be a results-driven leader with a strong background in automotive sales and team management.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & ManagementRecruit, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve skills and results.Foster a positive, competitive, and customer-focused sales culture.Sales Performance & TargetsDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve profitability and growth.Monitor KPIs, track performance, and report results to senior management.Manage stock levels, pricing, and promotional campaigns in coordination with head office.Customer ExperienceEnsure all customers receive a professional, friendly, and transparent buying experience.Handle escalated customer queries or complaints effectively.Promote long-term customer relationships through repeat business and referrals.Operational ExcellenceOversee showroom presentation, vehicle display, and compliance with brand standards.Liaise with the aftersales and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.Ensure all sales processes comply with regulatory and company requirements.RequirementsProven experience as a Sales Manager (automotive sector preferred).Strong leadership and people-management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities.Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Full clean driving licence.What We OfferCompetitive base salary plus performance-related bonuses.Company car and fuel allowance.Ongoing training and career development opportunities.The chance to work with a respected dealership that values teamwork and customer satisfaction.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:Bike to work schemeCompany pensionEmployee discountFree or subsidised travelOn-site parkingExperience:Automotive sales: 3 years (required)Language:Fluent English (required)Licence/Certification:Full Clean Driving Licence (required)Work Location: In personReference ID: Marketing
