The Courtyard Apartments Carrick on Shannon are looking for a reliable, part time weekend office receptionist for a very busy office.Start date in immediately,Working Fridays , Saturday and some Sundays is essentailResponsibilities:Operate reception, answer telephone and email enquiries in an efficient manner, liaising with others and spreading information as appropriate.Manage bookings for accommodation and river cruisesProvide general administrative and operational support to all areas.Develop, document, implement and maintain procedures for reception and administrative activities.Qualifications:Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an excellent telephone manner.Strong self-starter with excellent customer management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.Ability to be flexible and to adapt and work effectively with a variety of situations or individuals.Professional who is experienced and dependable with a high degree of discretion, confidentiality, enthusiasm and a positive attitude.Excellent written and verbal communication skills including excellent command of English.PC Expertise with strong skills in Microsoft applications – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint desired but not essentialJob Type: Part-timePay: From €***** per hourBenefits:On-site parkingWork Location: In person
