Major Duties:
Process and quality check a wide range of dealing transactions through internal systems, adhering to regulatory and client standards.
Provide input for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Support and guide TA Analysts daily; assist the Team Leader with workflow distribution and resource management.
Identify, document, and share new procedures and controls.
Perform complex activities with significant financial, client, or internal impact.
Interact with committees and senior management as needed.
Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to junior staff.
Manage daily operational activities and supervise work of junior employees without formal management responsibilities.
Maintain technical expertise and broader knowledge of related areas.
Deliver high-quality work with minimal revisions.
Facilitate discussions and decision-making processes.
Knowledge and Skills:
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Functional and industry knowledge relevant to the role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently within a team.
High accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience:
A college or university degree and/or relevant work experience are required.
