Responsibilities
Being that trusted partner for clients – the one they call first when they need someone new on their team
Connecting with brilliant Change & Tech professionals and figuring out where their skills shine best
Building relationships with clients (new & existing) – being their go-to person for hiring needs
Negotiating offers and closing deals
Networking, headhunting, hustling, and generally getting creative about finding the right people
Driving business development – spotting opportunities, winning new clients, and growing your own book of business along the way
This job isn't for everyone.
Recruitment is fast, competitive, and requires a lot of energy, but if you've got the right mindset, it can be seriously rewarding (financially and otherwise).
We want people who are:

12 months in a busy sales role
OR previous recruitment experience
