Crèche Manager

Successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of early years care and education at Little Miracles.Working closely with owner/provider, management team and educators.Candidate will ensure best practices are upheld in line with Tusla Regulations, Síolta and Aistear standards and framework.Duties will include but are not limited to:Ensuring the children's safety, health and wellbeing at all times, while working in partnership with parents.Observing and assessing each Early Years room, providing constructive feedback and support to staff.Assist and guide educators in implementing curriculum practices, documentation and observations.Supporting the creation and maintenance of enriching and engaging indoor and outdoor learning environments.Take responsibility for ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.maintain up to date knowledge of inspection standards and readiness for Tusla, Des, Pobal and all other inspectorate bodies.Stay current in Early Years best practice through CPD, source and recommend training opportunities for staff as required.Ensure all staff files, certifications and all relevant documents are current and meet regulatory standards.Essential RequirementsA minimum of Level 8 (BA/BSc Hons or equivalent) in Early Years Education.A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a managerial role within an early years service.Have a strong command of spoken and written English.Be available to work a full 5 day week (9am to 6pm).Salary is above recommended ERO rate.Start Date: December ****.All applications to be emailed to#J-*****-Ljbffr
