About the RoleWe're looking for a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our growing construction team.You'll be working on residential projects, including new builds, renovations, and fit-outs.This role suits someone with strong attention to detail, excellent workmanship, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform all aspects of carpentry work, including framing, fix-outs, decking, and 2nd fix finishing.Read and interpret construction drawings and plans.Measure, cut, and assemble materials with accuracy and efficiency.Install doors, windows, stairs, and other fixtures.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite.Work collaboratively with other trades and site supervisors to meet project deadlines.Follow all safety procedures and site regulations.RequirementsProven experience as a carpenter in residential construction.Strong understanding of building plans and construction methods.Ability to work to high-quality standards with minimal supervision.Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.Own tools and reliable transport.Safe pass & manual HandlingWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly rates (based on experience).Consistent ongoing work with reputable builder.Supportive team culture and opportunity for career growth.Safe, well-organized job sites and quality projects.Job Type: Full-timePay: €*****-€***** per hourWork Location: In person
