Francis Hospice Dublin is seeking a dynamic and experienced Physiotherapist Manager to lead and develop our physiotherapy service.
This is a unique opportunity to join a progressive, compassionate team dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with life-limiting conditions.
As Physiotherapist Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership to a motivated team of physiotherapists working across our Inpatient Unit, Outpatient and Day Services, and Community Palliative Care.
Collaborating closely with the wider interdisciplinary team, you will drive excellence in palliative rehabilitation and contribute to service innovation and continuous improvement.
The person must... Essential: · Be registered on the Physiotherapists Register maintained by the Physiotherapists Registration Board at CORU.
· Have a minimum of 5 years full-time (or equivalent) post-qualification clinical experience.
· Have the requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability, management, leadership and professional ability) for the proper discharge of the duties of the office.
· Previous experience in managing a Physiotherapy Service or Team of Physiotherapists.
· Evidence of personal research and/or involvement in multidisciplinary or Physiotherapy Team research..
· Evidence of experience & Involvement in local or national healthcare initiatives/committees.
· Evidence of continuing professional development in Physiotherapy, knowledge, skills and practice relevant to Palliative Care. · Full driving license
Desirable: · Post Grad qualification in Healthcare Management or other relevant qualification e.g.
MSc in Palliative Care.
