What Youll Be Doing: Preparing Financial Statements across a diverse portfolio of clients Supporting, mentoring, and guiding junior staff, with opportunities to delegate and lead Building and managing strong client relationships, delivering a high standard of service Handling VAT and tax compliance, ensuring accurate Revenue reporting Providing advisory support in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Advising clients on tax strategy and broader business matters Ensuring compliance with Irish accounting standards and regulatory requirements Participating in audits (where relevant) Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders Managing ad hoc client queries and providing ongoing support What Youll Bring: Minimum 3 years experience in an Irish accountancy practice (essential) Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA) Strong working knowledge of Irish tax laws and compliance standards Excellent interpersonal and communication skills A team-oriented mindset with the confidence to work independently High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and cloud accounting platforms Previous supervisory or managerial experience is an advantage.
