OverviewWinthrop is a leading and trusted data centre delivery partner in Europe, delivering turnkey data centre projects across Europe with over 500 MW of IT load in flight.We are currently seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join our team.Reports to: Maintenance Manager.ResponsibilitiesOversee suppliers and service providers to ensure they meet contracted obligations in a safe, effective and efficient manner, and identify opportunities for improvement.Assist with the preparation and control of department- and facility-related operational budgets.Be available as part of the after-hours Facilities Emergency Contact rota.Act as the go-to person for all facilities/project/fit-out/crisis management activities on site, ensuring timely solutions and removal of potential roadblocks.Develop a close working relationship with client key stakeholders and all facilities management vendors to ensure that they fully understand the client culture and become partners in delivering a high-quality service.Address minor technical repairs and serve as the first point of contact for building issues, including out-of-hours escalations.Point of contact for the client to log issues.Monitor PPM schedules, O&M manuals, warranties, asset and life-cycle registers.Ensure Health & Safety during events, including contractor supervision and review of H&S documentation.Qualifications / RequirementsFacilities Management, Property Management, Construction Management or similar qualification desirable but not required.Trades background with previous experience of working within a facilities/maintenance/property/construction management environment is advantageous.BenefitsExcellent salary and permanent contract benefits package.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeIndustriesNon-profit Organizations and Primary and Secondary EducationLocation: Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland#J-18808-Ljbffr
