:The Cosmetics Company Store - Kildare VillageAs part of the Estée Lauder Companies, The Cosmetics Company Store offers award-winning premium skincare, make-up, haircare and fragrance products from a collection of prestigious brands including Estée Lauder, Clinique and MAC.Overview:Job SummaryA Stock/Ops Manager is responsible for supporting the management team by ensuring opportunities to drive sales is maximized through providing operational support to the sales teamThey are accountable for achieving this by;reflecting a credible and professional Brand image to all internal and external consumers at all times.maximising sales through effectively and efficiently processing stock, and maintaining Retail standards.contributing to efficiencies through adhering to store/Brand//Company Procedures and guidelines.Responsibilities:OperationsFollow Brand/store procedures when receiving, checking and unpacking deliveries and actioning stock movements.Store stock as per guidelines and procedures.Accurately and effectively follow stock counting procedures, when required.Effectively follow the replenishment process within agreed timeframes.Accurately action promotions and discounts as per guidelines and/or instruction.Adhere to the daily/weekly deployment rota.Keep abreast of company/store information by means of workplace, team briefs, newsletters or any other forums the Brand utilises.Adhere to all communicated company standards, Policies and Procedures.ServiceAnswer the phone in the correct manner and deal with queries accurately.Adhere to appearance guidelines and personal standards.Support the team to deliver eventing opportunities.Effectively and efficiently deal with stock queries from internal or external consumers.Product Knowledge & Retail StandardsDemonstrate a thorough understanding of the Brand and product.Adhere to all store/company retail standards.Maintain housekeeping standards.Support the management team with visual merchandising changes adhering to guidelines.Maintain an up to date awareness of new stock, best sellers, out of stock categories and layouts.Identify faulty stock where appropriate, and take appropriate action.TeamworkOffer support and assistance to colleagues where appropriate whilst ensuring own responsibilities are fulfilled.Treat colleagues as consumers and provide them with the best service possible.Act as a role model and encourage colleagues to achieve agreed standards.Take personal responsibility and ownership for development.Understand the company culture and promote the Brand image at all times.Seek opportunities to share best practice in order to benefit the store.Display a high standard of conduct, performance and behaviour at all times, in line with company guidelines, policy and procedure.Security and Health & SafetyAdhere to store/company Security Policy and Procedures and take personal responsibility.Adhere to store/company Health & Safety Policy and Procedures ensuring compliance to legal responsibilities and obligations.Report observed hazards/maintenance issues to management.Follow fire safety procedures and understand how to use associated equipment safely.Demonstrate continual awareness of all Health & Safety requirements relating to lifting, carrying and effective use of ladders/steps etc.Follow and help to organise evacuation/emergency procedures where appropriate.Qualifications:Person SpecificationEssentialDemonstrable understanding of excellent service.Passion for Brand.Ability to learn quickly and compliant in nature.Ability to work at pace and unsupervised.Possess and acts upon initiative.Ability to learn quickly and compliant in naturePossess and acts upon initiative.Eligible to live and work in the EU.Be able to travel for training abroad.Flexibility to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends and special events.Proficent in Microsoft Office.Previous experience in stockroom/ops has a distinct advantage.Benefits.- Competitive salary & benefits.- Commission opportunities available.- Employee Discounts.- Company Events.
