The Opportunity An exciting opportunity is now available for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join the Dublin team. This is a permanent position offering involvement in a broad range of project sectors including commercial, residential, healthcare, hospitality, cultural, and mixed-use developments. Key ResponsibilitiesServe as Lead Engineer on small to medium-scale projects, and provide support on larger multidisciplinary projectsWork closely with Directors and senior team members on project planning, budgeting, and reportingDevelop project scope in collaboration with clients and design teamsTake part in internal project reviews and ensure quality delivery from concept through to handoverProvide technical mentoring and support to junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and development Candidate RequirementsDegree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services EngineeringMinimum of 5 years' experience in electrical design within a consultancy environmentStrong technical knowledge of electrical building systems and design softwareChartered or working towards Chartered/Associate Engineer statusExcellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesPassion for mentoring and team development Company Culture & Benefits This consultancy promotes a supportive and flexible working environment, with a strong focus on well-being, inclusion, and continuous professional growth.
