The Iveagh Garden 4* Hotel: Breakfast Chefs required across a very busy 4* Kitchen operation Full time position in a busy food operation, catering for breakfast Service in a 4 star city centre hotel Applicants must have at least2 years demonstrable experience at the same level in a similarrole Will be responsible for all aspects of Breakfast preparation, cooking and service of high end breakfast products including a small a la carte menu - responsible for a small team of prep chefs and KP's Shifts will operate over 5-days and range from 5.00am - 1.30pm (daytime shifts only) A good level of English is essential. Applicants should work well under pressure and have a passion for food preparation and great ingredients Ability to develop your skills across a varied and high quality menu at 4* standard - succession planning across the division will be encouraged.
