Cpl Healthcare is actively seeking a
Person in Charge
for residential services based in
Stillorgan
in
Dublin
.
We are looking for enthusiastic professionals to support adults with intellectual disabilities in a community-based setting, assisting with independent living skills and community integration.
This role offers the opportunity to work as part of a committed team, with a competitive salary and access to collaborative and learning opportunities within a leading national organization.
It is a full-time salaried position, averaging around 40 hours per week, which may include being on call during evenings and weekends.
Requirements:
A
minimum of a Level 7 on the QQI Framework
– BA in Social Care Studies, Social Care Management, or an equivalent relevant qualification in Health or Social Care.
A
postgraduate qualification, ideally in Social Care Management or a related management qualification
.
At least
3 years of senior management experience at a similar level of responsibility
, including demonstrable experience in strategic planning.
At least
5 years of experience in the health/social care or voluntary sector
.
