OverviewAt GDK, we are revolutionising the casual dining experience with our premium quality doner kebabs, served with fresh ingredients and bold flavours.With a rapidly expanding global presence, we are committed to delivering excellence in every aspect of our operations.We pride ourselves on innovation, quality, and exceptional service, all while offering an exciting career path for our team members.We are seeking a dynamic and experienced QSR Manager to join our new store opening in Liffey Valley Shopping Centre, Dublin.As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the GDK customer experience and driving the success of our new store.With a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service, operational efficiency, and quality, you will be the cornerstone of our operations, with the opportunity to grow into a regional/multi-store management position.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.Manage and lead the team, ensuring staff development, training, and motivation.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as brand standards.Deliver exceptional customer experiences, resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner.Assist with stock management, ordering, and cost control.Contribute to the achievement of store targets including sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.What We're Looking ForExperience:2-3 years of experience in fast food or QSR management.Leadership:Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.Operational Excellence:Ability to maintain high operational standards under pressure.Adaptability:Willingness to take on additional responsibilities, with potential to grow into a multi-store management role.Flexibility:Ability to work 6 days per week with a commitment to flexibility in scheduling.Why Join GDK?Competitive salary of €40,000 per annum.Full-time role with 28 days holiday entitlement.Opportunities for career growth, including progression into a multi-store manager role.Be part of an exciting brand with global recognition.If you're passionate about leadership, food quality, and customer service, and you're ready to take on a rewarding role in a fast-paced and growing environment, we want to hear from you.Apply today to join the GDK team and be part of our journey in DublinAll questions are required#J-*****-Ljbffr
