Overview
Our Software engineers are employed in building, maintaining, and supporting real-time trading systems that are fundamental to our success and competitiveness in the current trading environment.
The Dublin technology environment is a rich mix of proprietary software focused on delivering highly available, low latency services for order routing, front office trading, and market data distribution.
Responsibilities
Analysis, design, and development of complex and business-critical software applications;
Managing projects through the entire cycle from requirements gathering to production release;
Maintaining and tuning existing applications to meet evolving performance criteria as business needs change;
Collaborating with various business areas to improve technical performance;
Experience with Modern C++ (17/20) is an advantage.
What we're looking for
BSc in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience;
3-5 years of experience in software development;
Experience developing high-frequency/low latency applications using C++ (preferred, not essential);
Proven track record of delivering complex applications that meet demanding performance and scalability goals;
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
Effective communication skills with technical and non-technical staff;
Interest or experience in capital markets, probability, game theory, and IT applications in these areas is a plus.
