Artic Driver

We are currently looking to hireArtic Driversto join the Barry Group team.There are 2 available shifts:Day Shift:As a day shift Artic Driver, you will be responsible for the multi-drop deliveries to customers weekly from Monday to Friday.Night Trunking:As a night trunking artic driver you will be responsible forevening/nighttrunking weekly from Sunday – Thursday.You will be based from Barry Group, Head Office, Mallow and will report to the Transport Manager.Responsibilities include:Daily safety checks on vehicle and load.Make sure the load is safe for transit and secure it using straps to avoid damage to the truck or the goods.Drive vehicles to destinations and unload at customer/supplier premises as required.Collect all used roll cages and pallets at destinations.Ensure all paperwork is completed and returned in full.The driver is responsible at all times for the vehicle and load that they are in control of.Have a professional and customer focused approach to presentation and work.Requirements:A minimum of two years' experience driving Artic Trucks.Have a full clean driving license in the appropriate category.Be up to date with CPC card and CPC yearly modules.Have strong interpersonal skills.Be self-motivated and an enthusiastic disposition.The Benefits of working with Barry Group:Weekly AllowancesAttractive Overtime RatesHealth Insurance Group SchemeEducational SupportDiscounted GoodsIn-house Mental Health First Aiders and additional Wellbeing Programs including Cycle To Work SchemeDevelopment Training ProgramsCSR ActivitiesFuture Planning with our Pension PlanBarry Group were awarded Best Employer Certificate in ****Barry Group is an Equal Opportunities Employer#J-*****-Ljbffr
